WebEcoist is a website which dedicates itself to sustainable living, green design, and environmental oddities. I found an article entitled 15 of the Wackiest Green Gadgets and Technology. And let me tell you this stuff is pretty awesome! The first thing that caught my eye was the edible shoe polish. I mean you can spread the stuff on toast and as you are eating decide to polish your shoes. So many purposes for one thing and it’s ok for the environment! Then there is the biodegradable coffin coffee table….which is kind of depressing. Delicious coffee + constant reminder of mortality = fail. Oh! Then there is the pollution sensitive dress that wrinkles and darkens depending on the level of pollution you are subjecting yourself too, very cool.
